I painted my own pet parakeets (budgies) in a bamboo bird cage. The potted blue hydrangea and pink peonies are also inspired by my backyard garden. I would feel a little guilty to trap a bird in a cage, if not for the fact that my current pet bird loves being in her cage, and won't come out!
