This is Bob's version of a Paul H. Young Para 15; as such the rod features two different tips, a wet tip and a dry tip. The wet tip being a bit beefier than the dry. The rod is in excellent+ original condition with one exception; the dry tip section has an invisible repair wrap over a node lift in the cane between the last guide and the
