Payne Fly Rod 8' 3/2 #4 12'6" Takes a 4 wtAn early Ed Payne bamboo fly rod, 8', 3 piece, 2 tip built for what feels to me like a #4. Slow ish, full flexing action. 3. 8 ounces. I suspect a manufacture date circa 1900. Refinished condition, though with a few small things that might have been addressed (e. g., there are pencil marks where every wrap should go).
