Besides having a low hp and only one move, this card is pretty good, it can attack quickly and retreat quickly, it is what you need from a basic Pokemon card that can hopefully evolve into something quite good

Whenever a creature deals combat damage to you, its controller becomes the monarch. This brings an incentive for combat into the game and creates card draw opportunities for players that normally wouldnt have them

While this card has potential, the fact that many of the best cards are Items and not Supporters limits what it can do

So, even when you hit Eevee, Oricorio, Arceus EX, or Type: Null, youre doing only 50 DMG, and thats bad (and hilarious)
