The black brocade fabric, probably a blend of rayon and acetate, has a raised design of what look like commas, to me punctuation chic! Unusual, square rhinestone buttons fasten the coat in front, above an attached belt that extends the curved seams from bust to waist into a short sash, fastened with fabric covered buckle at the slightly
